We ship internationally to 6 continents and nearly every country.
We use a network of economical, fast, and reliable shipping carriers. Most customers receive their orders within a week.
Customs can hold a package for a number of days. If you haven't received your order within two weeks, let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your international shipping rates?
We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $75 (after any discount is applied). Due to the restrictive nature of certain country's customs processes, not all country's qualify for free shipping.
Below $75 the Shipping Rates vary to each country.
What about duties and fees?
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in the orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses we incurred to ship you the package, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. We discount all our international shipping costs for customer convenience, so the original shipping expense will be higher than the amount you paid. If you qualified for free shipping, you will also be charged the original shipping expense we incurred to ship you the package.
Can I return products?
You may return any products purchased (unused) within 30 days of the initial purchase date. The product(s) must be full to be eligible for a return. Soaps, lip balm & scrubs are not eligible for returns. The original shipping cost we incurred to ship the order to you is non-refundable. If you have a reaction to any of our products, we're happy to help find a better product for you. Mail us on email@example.com to initiate a return or have us help you find a product that's a better fit.
