SHIPPING / REFUND POLICY
While we take a lot of effort to ensure that every customer’s expectation is fulfilled, we understand that sometimes, we make mistakes and cannot match up to your expectations. However, because our products cannot be used again after being used, cancellations and refunds are not provided and we follow a strict no return policy on all our products.
Get a replacement for a wrong product
Wrongly delivered products will be replaced. Please keep the copy of the invoice and ensure the product is not used or tampered.
All Refunds or Replacements to be provided within 7 working days. Payments to be refunded by the same mode of payment as received.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once the item is mailed, we will only be able to follow up with the tracking number provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or mistakes made by the carrier.
Expected delivery timeline 5-7 working days.
For Orders paid only via any method other than Cash On Delivery, a Shipping & Reverse shipping charge of Rs. 79 is deducted if the customer cancels the order or rejects the same at the time of delivery. The same is deducted from the total amount when providing a refund.
This is done to ensure the customer gets free delivery on prepaid orders and to stop misuse of this service.
Only Cancellations before the order is 'Shipped/Fulfilled' are provided in full.
